Keep up! I will look forward to reading more of the adventures of Joel and Helen. It's informative, humorous, and it does spark an interest in travel there. The travel industry in Panama should be interested in you two.

Well done Helen and Joel. Interesting and amusing reading for anyone who knows you and for anyone considering doing the same ie relocating to Panama. It is great to hear what you are up to and also we understand some of those new experiences and excitements - let's face it, we did the same when we came here to Bodrum.
