Unless you are a builder yourself with infinite patience I would buy something that already exists and save yourself a lot of frustration and heart ache. Then, when you have lived here a while, think about building something. If you need a good builder though Neil Sanders is the best in town apparently. Yes there are titled properties and best to get one of those unless you are really sure of the origin of the Right of Property. It is always warm here but don't come if you don't like rain. It rains a lot! For the best life here you really should enjoy boats too. If you want any other information pleas email us on islandjoel@gmail.com

Somewhere ...over the rainbow... by: Jim
Got an email from Joel tonight, so I thought to see if you had updated your "Diaries". I was pleased to see you had... So you have sparkly eyes and scarred legs, hmm? Never was a leg man...:^) Thanks for the metaphysical reminder that as our "ship of state" gets battered by the perfect storm of our sense of security crumbling, battered by tidal waves of uncertianty, that WE are in the pilot's seat and WE are doing the steering (creating). Ok, enough of the intangibles, please forward the photos of you in bikini and matching rain boots. (drool ;^)) Hugs Jim

60 acres by: John from Cincinnati
A friend and I went to Panama a few years ago, and saw many good deals on Real Estate, like the one you show here. This was when my partner and I were working at American Express with pretty high paying jobs, and we were looking for a place to retire. We had to retire earlier then we expected( long story ) but the economy hit us like everyone.
My house could be rented out, and I could move there if there is some good deals still. I speak Spanish, although not fluently.
I want to go someplace warm, as I am covered in snow for the last month and so sick of it. Is it better to build with the Indians, or buy a place that's already built? Is there any Titled Land in Bocas De Tora? I would like to visit this year.
